Hunter Herrick is a senior account manager at Doctor Genius, beginning his career with Doctor Genius 6 years ago as part of the customer support department. Since then, Herrick has risen swiftly in the ranks to Senior Account Manager, driven by the desire to help dentists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals do what they do best: care for patients. Herrick takes the time to thoroughly understand each practice he works with and its goals, matching them with a solution designed to accomplish said goals.

Our previous framework was a content-ordered process, and our current framework is a content-produced process. We use an enhanced style guide and a new page element requirement. We do so by using quality content that meets E-A-T (Expertise, Authority, Trust) standards. Also known as the “medic update,” the E-A-T update applies to Your Money or Your Life (YMYL) sites: the sites that can impact a user’s “happiness, health, or wealth.” These sites must deliver both the most relevant and correct information. In addition, we use links from relative, authoritative websites to establish your website’s authority and create trustworthy, accessible information to make your website more widely disseminable.
DG Caller IQ
Our newest innovation at Doctor Genius is DG Caller IQ, an AI call-tracking service that helps improve patient calls made to a client’s practice, especially for new patients. With scored reports and tracking services, clients will know whether proper information is being requested and score the overall politeness of your team. Using call metrics and automated reporting allows practice owners to spend more time with their patients and less time screening calls. Our new and improved dashboard allows clients to monitor and assess their practice performance and check their patient data anytime.
