At Doctor Genius, our numbers speak for themselves. We often point prospective clients to our reviews and case studies but have found that live testimonials from doctors provide a more descriptive, personalized touch. When we asked four different clients to reduce their understanding of our practice to one word, we received four answers that were very closely related.

What one word would you use to describe Doctor Genius?

Dr. Arnold of Altamonte Smiles

Dr. Arnold of Altamonte Smilesis a family and cosmetic dentist in Altamonte Springs, FL, who found his way to Doctor Genius after stumbling upon one of its Facebook posts. His website provider at that time had only provided him with an aesthetically pleasing website, but that provider was not driving new patients or online visibility. Our ad suggested that we were leaders in new patient acquisition and focused on SEO, which compelled him to make the switch. As he would describe, our ad was true to the word as he not only ranks on the first page for many of his keywords but also reports many new patient calls online. His one word: Calls.”

Dr. Toni Carr of Toni Carr, DDS.

Toni Carr of Toni Carr, DDS in Mansfield, Texas, is a long-time client of Doctor Genius. She grew her own practice with the help of marketing efforts set in place from the beginning and has since stayed a loyal client because of the “support and responsiveness” she gets from her DG team. According to Carr, she went from roughly twelve new patients a month to twenty-seven to thirty or more per month. Her one word: “Responsive.”

Shay, long-time business manager of Summit Periodontics & Dental Implants, spoke with us about their struggles with previous marketing companies and improved patient acquisition after switching to Doctor Genius.
